Donna’s expertise is in organizational and leadership development, and business management. She emphatically believes that people are the greatest resource in building successful organizations, which is the basis of her business philosophy of guiding clients in developing talents and strengths into their business leadership, career paths and personal success. She fulfills her philosophy by developing a partnering relationship with each client and customizing her services to suit their goals. She says,

Donna’s clients are owners, executives, and professionals within closely held businesses. Her clients have the advantage of her experience in the fields of sales, management, recruiting, people development, and strategic planning. She works with businesses in the fields of finance, technology, law, marketing, public relations, construction and manufacturing.

Additionally, Donna enjoys applying her skills and strengths to the community. You may see her at any of the many entrepreneur and networking events in Kansas City or facilitating events at the Central Exchange. She is a past Board Chair for Newhouse, a treatment center for abused women and their children, and a past member of the Board of Directors for the Don Bosco Centers of Kansas City.

Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University and has numerous certifications in the organizational development and education arena.

Donna was recognized as the “Woman Business Advocate” of the year in 2011 by the State of Kansas and as one of “KC Business Magazine’s 2011 Influential Women of the Year.” In 2005 she was awarded “The Sharon Garfield Award for Vision” by Newhouse.
